it's been a week already since I started my practicum. :) and i can say that i'm starting to like it. :)
i admit, at first, i didn't like the idea of having my practicum at fraser. i think i won't be happy there coz it's not really my preferred hotel. BUT, i was wrong! The staffs are so friendly and they're all funny, even the supervisors and those with higher positions!:P and i don't regret being placed in the engineering dept. coz even though they're obviously much older than me, and i'm the only girl there, they treat me as their "barkada". haha! i remember last friday i was suppose to make a comparative analysis for the eng'g supplies, but i can't work because the engineers and i are only chatting with one another and laughing non-stop!haha.. one of the engineers even said: "isara na nga natin pinto para di na siya makapasok.." actually, he was referring to the one that asked me to make that report. she entered the office that's why our "kwentuhan" stopped for a while. hehe. :))

and yesterday, i was at the housekeeping dept. (i only work at eng dept. every mon-fri)
my first day at HK was awesome! what i like about it is that i get to see some of the rooms and i was lucky that yesterday, the last room that we cleaned was room 4103 which was the most beautiful room at fraser! upon entering, the first word that came out of my mouth was "WOW!". i was surprised when i saw the grand stairs.haha. didn't think it was a 2-story apartment. actually, it's more like a house than apartment. :)

the only thing i don't like is that i only have a one day rest, which is sunday.hehe. but at least, i will finish earlier, right? :)
